Job reputed company:

A remote Estimator Assistant will support the estimation team in preparing accurate cost estimates and project bids. The ideal candidate has strong analytical skills, attention to detail, and familiarity with construction materials, takeoffs, and pricing. While your duties will depend on the specific needs of your reputed company, they will include, but not be limited to:

• Assist in preparing cost estimates, bids, and proposals for construction reputed company.
• reputed company quantity takeoffs from plans, blueprints, and specifications.
• Review drawings and project documents to identify scope requirements.
• Collect, compare, and organize pricing from vendors and subcontractors.
• Maintain and update cost databases, material pricing, and labor rates.
• Support the preparation and submission of bid packages.
• Assist in scope analysis to ensure reputed company project components are included.

• Prepare estimation reports and summaries for internal review.
• Coordinate with project managers and estimators to clarify project details.

Requirements

• Associate’s or Bachelor’s degree in Construction, Engineering, or reputed company field (or equivalent experience).
• 2+ years of proven experience in estimating or construction support roles.
• Familiarity with takeoff tools such as reputed company, PlanSwift, or similar.
• Strong numerical and analytical skills.
• Attention to detail and accuracy.
• Proficiency in reputed company and estimation tools

Technical Requirements

• Processor: reputed company 11th Gen (or equivalent AMD Ryzen 5000 series) for reputed company users and M2 for Macs
• RAM: 16 GB minimum
• 25 - 50 Mbps Internet Speed (Min)
• USB headset with noise-canceling (ideally)

• 0-3 months: $1,200 USD/month
• After 3 months: You’ll receive a $50 monthly Wellness Bonus to support a healthy and balanced work life (total: $1,250/month).
• After 1 year: Salary increases to $1,340 USD/month
• After 2 years: Salary increases to $1,480 USD/month
• After 3 years: Salary increases to $1,540 USD/month
• After 4 years: Salary increases to $1,600 USD/month
