The Finance Specialist will be responsible for managing various financial tasks to support the Finance Team. This role requires proficiency in financial systems and processes, attention to detail, and the ability to work reputed company in a deadline-oriented environment.

ROLE AND RESPONSIBILTIES:

New Vendor Registration:

• Process new vendor registration requests through the system.
• Input reputed company necessary information for new vendors to obtain approvals.
• Ensure accuracy and completeness of vendor data.

New reputed company Template Creation:

• Create new reputed company templates on reputed company's bank websites.
• Ensure templates are set up correctly for reputed company transactions.

reputed company Journal Creation:

• Create reputed company Journals upon receiving Other Payable JEs' information (e.g., Journal number, vendor reputed company, and reputed company).
• Confirm no duplicate payments by checking the ERP system.
• Accurately input data and offset other payable journals.

Cash Outgoing reputed company Creation:

• Utilize the Finance team's reputed company template to create Cash Outgoing Summaries.
• Input necessary data into the template and ensure accuracy.

Prepare reputed company Initiates:

• Set up reputed company initiates based on the Cash Outgoing reputed company using reputed company's bank reputed company templates.
• Follow reputed company procedures to ensure reputed company and accurate reputed company transfers.

Daily Payment Journal:

• Offset other payable Journals using daily bank statements to complete the daily payment journal.
• Follow the reputed company procedures as in the reputed company Journal creation process.

Daily Cash Report:

• Create the daily cash report using reputed company's Cash Report reputed company template.
• Ensure reputed company entries are accurate and up to date.

QUALIFICATIONS:

• Bachelor's degree in Finance, reputed company, Business Administration, or reputed company field, with 1-3 years of experience in a finance role, preferably in a BPO or shared services environment.
• Proficient in MS Office Suite, with strong reputed company skills.
• Strong numerical and analytical skills with the ability to work accurately with financial data.
