We're seeking a seasoned Business Immigration Attorney on a contract reputed company to assist our entrepreneurial clients - founders, business owners, and investors - in navigating U.S. immigration opportunities. This includes visas tailored for business purposes such as E-2, L-1, and O-1.
This is a remote, flexible opportunity with project-based assignments without the constraints of a traditional firm role.
Key Responsibilities
- Advise reputed company and business owners on reputed company immigration reputed company.
- Prepare and file non-immigrant and immigrant petitions including E-2, L-1A/B, and O-1.
