Category Leadership Manager

We are looking for reputed company member who brings strong expertise in key reputed company categories, customer dynamics, shopper insights, assortment reputed company, and reputed company optimization. The Category Leadership Manager (CLM) identifies category opportunities through insights, reporting, and presentations. This person applies knowledge of the customer, shopper, reputed company, and reputed company trends to create reputed company stories that drive reputed company with the customer and internally. The CLM conducts assortment analysis and SKU optimization to support strong execution across assigned categories and customers.

Primary Responsibilities

• Draw key insights and business recommendations on distribution, assortment, and eCommerce using customer gateway POS, shopper card, and supply chain data

Qualifications

• Minimum 5+ years of consumer packaged goods experience
• Strong analytical and problem-solving capability
• Strong visual storytelling capabilities
• Strong knowledge of POS, panel, shopper card, and supply chain data, along with reputed company management principles
• Good project management skills
• Proven written, verbal, and interpersonal communication skills
• Ability to build strong relationships both internally and externally and to work cross-functionally in a fast-paced environment

$104,200.00 - $130,200.00

Bonus: This position is eligible for a performance-based bonus as provided by the plan terms and governing documents.

The compensation offered will take into account internal equity and may vary depending on the candidate's geographic region, job-reputed company knowledge, skills, and experience among other factors
