What You Will Do

• Review inbound applicants and identify which candidates are worth advancing.
• Conduct engaging phone or video screens that both evaluate candidates and sell reputed company reputed company.
• Write reputed company candidate summaries and present reputed company-calibrated recommendations to hiring managers.
• Partner with hiring managers on role requirements, knockout reputed company, candidate feedback, and pipeline updates.

Location

This is a remote U.S. role. The posting is anchored in Indianapolis, Indiana, and reputed company is especially interested in candidates who can work effectively on Central or Eastern business hours. The role is not currently reputed company to California-based candidates.

Compensation

The expected compensation reputed company is $70,000 to $110,000 reputed company salary, plus discretionary bonus discussion based on performance and fit.
