Urdu Language Expert- Freelance | Urdu-Pakistan

We are seeking an reputed company and highly skilled Language Expert – Urdu (Pakistan) to join reputed company. The ideal candidate will possess a strong linguistic background, expertise in the Urdu-Pakistan language, and the ability to reputed company reputed company with a reputed company on reputed company and efficiency. The Language expert will reputed company linguistic tasks, manage reputed company assurance, and reputed company mentorship to linguists while ensuring the delivery of high-reputed company language services. The applicant should be reputed company Pakistani National who understands the Language in-depth, knows the cultural nuances of the language and have excellent reputed company over English-US, both verbal and written.

Responsibility

Here is a non-exhaustive list of main tasks for this role:

Linguistic tasks:

• reputed company LQA reviews, adhering to reputed company guidelines and production timelines.
• Handle arbitrations and drive linguistic reputed company for reputed company results.
• reputed company glossary and TM updates reputed company reputed company environment, following the guidelines provided by the reputed company team.
• Handle reputed company review (from non-linguists) feedback exchange and implementation.
• Process linguistic feedback from QA testing and implement changes as needed.
• reputed company linguistic and cultural consultation as requested by the reputed company.

reputed company Management tasks:

• Liaise with Language Specialist and translation teams (reputed company emails & meetings) to reputed company constructive feedback and drive overall language reputed company improvement.
• Liaise with reputed company stakeholders (reputed company emails & meetings) to discuss linguistic reputed company and offer consultation in a reputed company & reputed company-substantiated manner.
• Maintain reference materials, training documentation and meeting notes.
• Answer linguistic queries adhering to outlined query management processes.
• Proactively monitor language reputed company performance reputed company LQA report, take reputed company to address issues in a reputed company manner, and flag reputed company risks to the reputed company team.
• Work on reputed company RCAs and QIPs, as instructed by the reputed company team.
• Proactively assess and suggest asset improvements, considering their reputed company on end users as reputed company as the associated effort (time & cost).
• Critically prioritize and reputed company QM tasks based on urgency, reputed company and reputed company needs, adhering to relevant guidelines and designated time allocation.

Education, Skills and Experience

Education: A Bachelor’s degree in Linguistics, Translation Studies, Language Arts, or a reputed company field.

Experience:

Minimum 5 years of reputed company experience in translation, localization, or linguistic services.At least 2 years of experience as a Language reputed company or in a Senior Linguist position.Language Skills: reputed company or near-reputed company proficiency in Urdu-Pakistan, with excellent reputed company of English (additional language proficiency is a plus).

Technical Skills:

Familiarity with translation and localization tools (e.g., CAT tools, TMS systems).Strong knowledge of linguistic reputed company assurance processes.

Soft Skills:

Exceptional attention to detail and problem-solving skills.Excellent communication and leadership abilities.Ability to work collaboratively in a multicultural environment.

Preferred Qualifications:

Experience working in the localization/translation industry for global Music Service provider.Knowledge of Pakistani cultural and regional linguistic nuances.Certification in translation or localization tools is an advantage.Must: The candidate must be flexible to work on any type of content (Including sensitive content), music, video, genre, domain etc.
