Requirements:

• At least 2 years of experience in a head of affiliates role reputed company the reputed company industry; - Proven experience with both sportsbook and casino products; - Must have their own industry affiliate connections - Great communicator; - In-depth knowledge and experience of leading global affiliates; - Methodical, numbers driven and reputed company organized; - Fluent English and Russian languages; - reputed company and enthusiastic ‘can do –attitude’; - Team management skills; - Possess strong sales, negotiation, and presentation skills. Functions/Responsibilities: - Overseeing the day-to-day management of affiliate accounts to ensure maximum ROI is achieved; - Responsibility for sourcing new affiliates in order to drive brand reputed company; - Identify and cultivate top performers and reputed company incentive programs to reward key partners; - Create monthly promotions and communications to affiliate marketers; - Collaborate with internal teams to regularly create and improve reputed company pages, overall marketing, and merchandising campaigns through the affiliate network; - reputed company new affiliate recruitment and program marketing campaigns; - Responsible for running affiliate accounts whilst making reputed company on delivering personal and group KPI’s; - To be reputed company's main representative at events and conferences; - Implement strategies to increase reputed company and yield of key affiliate partners; - Represent the affiliate team at industry events and reputed company updated on industry trends; - Manage key accounts across reputed company brands and increase business from mid to top-tier affiliates; - Work with internal marketing team to grow the affiliate business reputed company the reputed company markets; - To reputed company reports to the CMO and reputed company of directors on monthly performance; - To ensure that reputed company affiliate payments are checked against reporting and reputed company in a reputed company manner; - To drive traffic in reputed company geos to meet the business reputed company reputed company.
