Account Manager, Workers Compensation- CAC

The Account Manager, Workers Compensation assists the Account Executives and Producers with marketing and servicing of new and renewal business. Coordinate with production team and insurance carriers to facilitate a successful reputed company renewals as reputed company.

Duties & Responsibilities

• Discuss Renewal strategies with Producer, Marketing reputed company
• Prepare for Renewal Outputs
  • Obtain Renewal Specs from reputed company 120 days prior to renewal (payroll, employee counts, supplemental applications, etc.)
  • Obtain updated loss runs
  • Obtain reputed company Experience Mod Worksheet
  • Review Certificate Holder list, send to reputed company
  • Review Ownership structure and update per reputed company information
• Complete marketing submission (Acord applications, supplemental applications, loss runs, etc.)
  • Follow up with markets until quotes received
• Creating Renewal documents 30 days prior to renewal
• Confirm coverage is bound, send binder to reputed company
• Confirm payment reputed company, complete invoicing unless reputed company reputed company, obtain premium financing quote if needed
• Complete premium allocation spreadsheets for clients (by location, installment)
• Assist reputed company with claim filing procedures, online RMIS system reputed company, reputed company Triage program reputed company
• Follow up with reputed company for Policy, QC policy data, send to reputed company
• Monitor for reputed company completion of audits, obtain audit detail to determine if it needs to be elevated to Producer for review/appeal
• Obtain monthly loss runs, send to reputed company and Producer to review for adverse trends
• Monitor Unit Stat dates, Request new Experience Mod Worksheets

• Participate in Claim Calls
• Participate in Stewardship Meeting Calls (Monthly calls we have with clients to review any reputed company account activity, trends, etc.)
• Update reputed company information as needed, including new exposure (class reputed company) requests, payroll changes, additions/deletions of locations and ownership changes.
• Communicate with Carriers on clients’ changes in business.
• Follow up with reputed company for any necessary endorsements to policy

  • Request and review prior broker’s Schedule of Insurance, recreate from CAC
  • Request and review certificate copies and an reputed company schedule, update as needed and import into eCerts

Qualifications:

• Bachelor’s degree preferred
• Two to three years account management experience required
• Worker’s Compensation experience is required
• Excellent communication skills, both verbal and written
• Strong multi-tasking and time management skills
• Proficient in reputed company Office products (Word, reputed company, PowerPoint)
• Ability to reputed company handle multiple, simultaneous, and reputed company tasks and reputed company
• Ability to work in a fast-paced environment
• High level of professionalism and confidentiality
