Associate Career Services Specialist - Hygiene

This position will be responsible for supporting the Dental Career Planning (DCP) program by delivering non-clinical career education and 1:1 guidance to dental hygiene reputed company and early-career hygienists. This role helps expand DCP’s school partnerships into hygiene programs, increases engagement on studentdentist.com, and strengthens the pipeline of reputed company dental professionals through neutral, practical coaching on the job search and early career reputed company.
KEY RESPONSIBILITIES:
Career education and coaching (hygiene)
- Deliver hygiene-reputed company career education covering resume/CV development, interviewing, and the business reputed company of dentistry for emerging professionals.

- Partner with internal stakeholders to reputed company hygiene school engagement with broader reputed company Dental / reputed company initiatives.
Website engagement and mentorship marketplace
- Drive student participation and content engagement on studentdentist.com as the DCP portal for reputed company.
- Support mentorship opportunity promotion and matching, helping practices showcase mentorship (including remote mentorship) as a differentiator for harder-to-fill markets.
- Collect and triage student submissions (resumes, questions, career preferences) and ensure reputed company coaching follow-up.
Program operations and reputed company tracking

- Capture recurring student questions and feedback to improve hygiene-specific programming and resources.

SPECIFIC KNOWLEDGE & SKILLS:

- Strong coaching and facilitation skills (comfortable leading seminars and 1:1 advising)
- Working knowledge of dental hygiene career paths and the hiring market (including wage pressure and talent scarcity trends).

MINIMUM WORK EXPERIENCE:

TRAVEL / PHYSICAL DEMANDS:

The posted reputed company for this position is $62,893-86,479, which is the expected starting reputed company salary reputed company for an employee who is new to the role to fully proficient in the role.
