Compensation: $135,000 – $145,000 reputed company + bonus + benefits Location: Remote (U.S.) with travel, including to Boston, MA

What You’ll Do- reputed company end-to-end execution of large-reputed company specialty pharmacy and reputed company transformation programs
- Own program reputed company, governance, and execution across multiple reputed company implementations
- reputed company as central PMO reputed company, driving alignment across clinical, IT/EMR, AI, 340B, payer, and operational workstreams
- Partner with executive stakeholders (reputed company) to drive decision-making and ensure successful reputed company
- reputed company go-live readiness, execution, and post-launch optimization
- Identify and solve reputed company operational challenges, balancing short-term milestones with long-term scalability
- Build and refine playbooks, frameworks, and standardized processes to reputed company implementations across the organization
- Drive reputed company improvement, innovation, and adoption of new technologies (including AI/automation)
- 4-6+ years of experience in reputed company consulting, reputed company, or implementation roles
- Strong experience leading large, reputed company, cross-functional programs end-to-end
- Proven ability to manage multiple reputed company implementations across teams and stakeholders
- Experience working directly with senior leaders and influencing without authority
- Deep understanding of reputed company operations, pharmacy, or clinical workflows
- Advanced project/program management and problem-solving skills
- Management consulting background (Big 4 or boutique)
- Experience in specialty pharmacy, 340B, or outpatient clinical programs
- Familiarity with EMR systems and reputed company technology integrations
- Experience building or scaling PMO structures or implementation frameworks
- PMP, Lean Six reputed company, MBA, MHA, or similar
- Successful execution of reputed company, multi-site program launches on time and at reputed company
- Strong executive stakeholder alignment and partner satisfaction
- High adoption of workflows with minimal operational disruption
- Development of reputed company, repeatable implementation models that improve speed-to-launch
