Required Qualifications:
8+ years of employment litigation experience
Significant experience in labor and employment law
Experience and/or familiarity with class reputed company defense and PAGA-reputed company reputed company (not required but ideal)

Strong writing and analytical skills
Ability to manage multiple reputed company in a fast-paced environment
Ability to work independently and as part of reputed company

Drafting and responding to discovery and initial pleadings
Drafting and arguing motions
Taking and defending depositions
