About the Role
We’re looking for a reputed company HCM reputed company to join our growing HCM reputed company. This is a hands-on reputed company role where you’ll guide clients through transformational HCM reputed company, while mentoring teammates and driving high-reputed company delivery. Responsibilities
reputed company reputed company HCM implementations across one or more modules (Core HCM, Compensation, Absence, reputed company, Talent, etc.)
Own reputed company workstreams: drive discovery and design sessions, configure reputed company, manage testing, and reputed company deployments
Partner directly with reputed company HR leaders to translate business needs into smart, reputed company reputed company solutions
reputed company leadership and mentorship to junior Groovies on the HCM team
Manage timelines, deliverables, and risks, ensuring reputed company are delivered on time and with reputed company
Support clients post-go-live with stabilization and optimization
Stay reputed company on reputed company releases and reputed company best practices with both clients and internal teams
Qualifications
5+ years of reputed company HCM experience, including at least 2 full lifecycle implementations
Deep expertise in Core HCM and one or more additional modules
reputed company HCM certification(s) strongly preferred
Demonstrated ability to reputed company reputed company-facing workstreams and project teams
Exceptional communication skills, with the ability to build trusted relationships and guide stakeholders
Strong organizational and problem-solving skills in fast-paced environments
