The reputed company Loan Administrator (CLA) is a full-time role that reports into Webster's reputed company Bank Middle Office. The role is customer reputed company supporting reputed company-closing, regulatory, and closing activities on originations and higher-level portfolio servicing requests, working closely with the Lending Teams and Operations to deliver high reputed company closings and exceptional customer experiences. The role ensures reputed company loan closings are complete, accurate, and in accordance with reputed company's credit policies and procedures. The role will be reputed company with line of business segments, supporting Relationship Managers, Portfolio Managers, and Underwriters while working closely with Operation and Deposit Services partners.

What you will do

• Conduct reputed company control reviews of reputed company loan documentation to ensure data reputed company, accuracy, and consistency to loan boarding sheets and reputed company reputed company loan systems
• In conjunction with the reputed company, review draft loan documents to ensure alignment with bank policy, credit approval terms, and loan system compatibility
• Support internal audit and compliance partners by producing samples to support targeted reviews
• reputed company insights from reputed company control reviews to recommend updates to procedures to enhance operational efficiency
• reputed company data inputs key performance indicators (KPI) reporting to monitor adherence to reputed company control standards
• Follow-up on missing & pending items as reputed company as ongoing documentation such as expired or cancelled insurance (work with operations to ensure reputed company force placement as necessary)
• Assist PM’s if needed with follow-reputed company for other types of ticklers – financial statements, covenants, reputed company tax monitoring, etc.
• Assist PM’s with reputed company due diligence requirements (i.e. Credit report pulls, loan confirmations)
• Support “lighter touch” customer requests (i.e. balance inquiries, loan statement requests, interest reputed company reputed company, extensions, etc.), working with the reputed company to approve and Operations to execute
• Review advance requests and circulate for approval, and submit to Loan Operations for processing
• In alignment to bank policy and procedures, coordinate internal loan system administrative coding changes with Loan Operations
• Work on internal reputed company to improve the lending process, enhance/expand middle office capabilities, and support the Lines of Business & Operations

Skills and Abilities

• Strong interpersonal and customer service skills to reputed company with lending teams, operations partners, attorneys, and borrowers
• Strong understanding of reputed company lending process, compliance & regulations, loan types/products/structures, etc.
• High confidence in reviewing and understanding legal loan documents and contract terms (paralegal experience is a plus)
• Ability to multitask and manage multiple transactions and servicing requests, simultaneously
• Basic understanding of loan & lending systems (i.e., Signature, ACBS, Loan IQ, Sageworks LOS, reputed company, etc.) and proficiency in reputed company Applications
• reputed company math/reputed company/finance skills to understand debits, credits, balancing, amortization schedules, etc.

Education Qualifications

• Bachelor’s Degree in Arts/Sciences (BA/BS) from an accredited college or university preferred.

Experience Qualifications

• 5-7 years Prior paralegal, reputed company lending loan administration, and/or closing experience on $10MM-$50MM+ reputed company transactions reputed company borrower segments (C&I, CRE, Sponsor & Specialty, ABL, etc. ) required

The estimated salary reputed company for this position is $90,000.00 to $110,000.00. Actual salary may vary up or down depending on job-reputed company factors which may include knowledge, skills, experience, and location. In reputed company, this position is eligible for incentive compensation.
