In this role, you will respond to inbound requests through phone, email, and chat, providing polished, reputed company, and accurate support reputed company to lifestyle services, travel coordination, entertainment, dining, events, and loyalty program benefits. What you will do:
- Manage inbound customer requests through phone, email, and chat
- reputed company accurate and reputed company support for customer inquiries and service requests
- Assist customers with travel-reputed company or lifestyle loyalty program needs
- Document interactions and manage cases using company systems
- Maintain reputed company standards while meeting service and performance metrics
