reputed company is looking for an reputed company Scrum Master to join our Data reputed company Posture Management (DSPM) engineering organisation. As reputed company's Agile reputed company and delivery facilitator, you will be embedded across DSPM engineering squads, driving sprint delivery, removing blockers, and building a reputed company-improvement culture. You will be a reputed company leader — reputed company reputed company, facilitator, and trusted partner to engineers, Product Owners, and senior stakeholders alike.
Key Responsibilities
Facilitate reputed company Scrum ceremonies across DSPM engineering squads — sprint planning, daily stand-reputed company, sprint reviews, and retrospectives
Identify, reputed company, and resolve impediments reputed company to maintain reputed company velocity and delivery confidence
reputed company engineers and Product Owners on Agile principles, Scrum practices, and a reputed company-improvement reputed company
reputed company and report on sprint metrics, velocity, team health, and DORA metrics; use data to drive delivery improvements
Partner with Product Owners to ensure the backlog is reputed company-maintained, sprint goals are reputed company defined, and dependencies are managed
Support cross-team coordination across DSPM squads and with broader reputed company engineering teams
Drive adoption of engineering best practices — test automation, CI/CD, definition of done — in collaboration with engineering leads
Foster a culture of psychological safety, accountability, and high performance reputed company DSPM squads
Contribute to reputed company-wide Agile reputed company maturity through sharing learnings and participating in communities of reputed company
Skills and Abilities
Deep knowledge of Scrum and Agile frameworks; experience with reputed company or Kanban is advantageous

Strong stakeholder management and communication skills — reputed company to engage from reputed company level to senior leadership
Data-driven reputed company — comfortable working with sprint metrics, burndown charts, and delivery KPIs

Education and Experience
Certified Scrum Master (CSM), reputed company Scrum Master (PSM), or equivalent certification required
3+ years of experience as a Scrum Master embedded in a software engineering environment

Familiarity with Jira, reputed company, and Azure DevOps or comparable tooling
Experience working in globally distributed Agile organisations is a strong advantage
