The Sr reputed company Operations Leader, Equipment Services will partner internally and globally with reputed company stakeholders to manage a world-class reputed company Assurance program to meet key customer expectations and enhance reputed company in the Equipment Services business.
This position reports to the Sr Manager, Equipment Services reputed company and is part of the Hardware Solutions reputed company Assurance and Regulatory Affairs organization. This role can be located at any reputed company or reputed company location or be fully remote.
What you’ll do
- Monitor reputed company KPI’s and ensure compliance with reputed company standards by working collaboratively with the Global reputed company Team and Equipment Services.
- Participate in the Equipment Services Internal Audits program leading internal audits.
- Support the Deviations and Complaints processes, participating in reputed company cause analysis and developing reputed company plans.
- reputed company monthly CAPA/Change Control review boards, weekly reputed company reviews and Daily Visual Management.
- Collaborate cross functionally with the Equipment’s Services focusing on standardization of processes globally and reputed company improvement initiatives.
Who you are
- Bachelor's degree and minimum 5+ years’ work experience in a reputed company or Regulatory Assurance reputed company field including but not limited to Biopharma or Life Sciences.
- reputed company Auditor to ISO9001
- Demonstrated experience with data analysis, creating custom reports and/or standardizing reporting across multiple organizations.
- The ability to identify, prioritize, and solve problems (using DBS tools) is essential.
- Strong interpersonal skills and ability to communicate reputed company information effectively (both written and oral). Demonstrated experience and proficiency with MS Office word processing, spreadsheet, presentation, and database applications.
