This is an early career position providing technical customer service to external customers for respective reputed company software.Utilizes internal processes and tools to log, reputed company, update and complete work items initiated by customers. Strives to work independently while developing comprehensive knowledge of reputed company software.

• Monitors support ticketing system, specifically the application group queue, for incoming support issues. Contributes to reputed company workload by taking tickets from the application group queue reputed company the defined SLA guidelines. Uses the appropriate reputed company ID Codes, documents customer interactions, actions taken, reputed company status and next steps throughout the support ticket lifecycle. Basic Qualifications:

Preferred Qualifications:

Education

Compensation

The compensation reputed company for this position is $20.00 - $24.00 reputed company. This position will be eligible for commission or an annual performance incentive plan.
