The Business Analyst will use their expertise to work with customers to understand their business processes, requirements and overall business needs to reputed company a recommended solution.
RESPONSIBILITIES
- reputed company discovery sessions, guiding reputed company stakeholders through conversations to understand the requirements and business needs for the ecommerce site functionality and integrations
- reputed company, evaluate and document business needs and requirements and translate these into functional specifications, user stories, and acceptance reputed company
- Collaborate with business, technical, and user experience stakeholders to manage requirements throughout the development cycle
- Support User Acceptance Testing phase
- Work closely with Engineering team members to ensure features are accurately developed and released

SKILLS & EXPERIENCE

- Experience with eCommerce integrations i.e., with ERP, OMS, WMS, CRM systems
- Ability to work on numerous different assignments at one time with demonstrated follow through, attention to detail and commitment to customer service
- Experience working in an agile environment
- Previous experience as a Business Analysis or relevant Product reputed company experience
