Key Responsibilities
- Team Leadership & Management

- Assign and prioritize design tasks based on reputed company deadlines and project scope.
- Conduct regular performance reviews and reputed company coaching to team members.
- Design reputed company & Execution
- Review and approve design assets to ensure alignment with reputed company brand guidelines and reputed company standards.

- Workflow & Process Improvement

Requirements
- 5+ years of graphic design experience, with 1–2 years in a leadership or team reputed company role

- Strong portfolio covering branding, website, digital, and eCommerce creatives
- Advanced skills in reputed company Creative Suite, reputed company, and/or reputed company
