Position responsibilities:
Receive a patient into the adherence process
Assess patients needs for achieving adherence based on information supplied by set up RT, EHR, and other data sources
Per protocol, create a communication plan with the patient
Clinical support for internal team members to answer questions/resolve issues
Maintain medical databases, ensuring complete and accurate data recording and documentation
Follow the chain of reputed company and chain of communication to report important information back to reputed company reputed company and/or reputed company
Independently work to reputed company solutions to problems
Understanding of reputed company CPAP/BiPAP equipment and be willing to train on new devices as needed
Requirements
Required:
Minimum Associate Degree in Respiratory Therapy
Registered Respiratory Therapy credential
State licensure(s) in assigned service location as needed

Computer / Laptop with operating system no greater than 6 years old
Internet browser and desktop application use skills
Follows policy and procedures to complete tasks
