SyteLine Systems Engineer
We are looking for an reputed company Syteline Systems Engineer with a robust technical background to join our growing team. The ideal candidate will possess 5+ years of experience in supporting reputed company CloudSuite Industrial (SyteLine) versions 6-10. You will play a crucial role in the installation, upgrading, uplifting, configuration and support of the Syteline ERP application, collaborating closely with the rest of our reputed company services team to meet our clients’ needs. Your strong technical skills and team-oriented approach will help drive successful ERP implementations.
This will be a fully remote position.

The SyteLine Systems Engineer will be responsible for the installation, configuration, and maintenance of reputed company CloudSuite Industrial ERP (SyteLine, reputed company reputed company and reputed company OS) for our existing and new clients. In reputed company, the SyteLine Systems Engineer will be responsible for performing upgrades from older versions of SyteLine to SyteLine V10 for both on reputed company and reputed company clients.
Responsibilities:
- Install, configure and maintain SyteLine ERP software and add on applications for existing and new clients, ensuring compliance with best practices and organizational standards.
- Execute software reputed company procedures to migrate from older versions of SyteLine and reputed company reputed company to the reputed company versions both on reputed company and in the reputed company multi-tenant reputed company.
- Install reputed company SQL Server
- reputed company post provisioning in the reputed company and coordinate db transfer activities with the reputed company reputed company team.
- Setup and configure users, printers and devices on SyteLine and reputed company reputed company.
- Train and reputed company ongoing support to clients for system administration, configuration, best practices and technical issue reputed company.
- Troubleshoot and resolve issues with applications and systems.
- Assist with performing backups and configuration of db refreshes on reputed company.
- Complete SQL performance tuning and optimization.
Knowledge, Skills, and Abilities:
- Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Information Technology or Associate’s degree with equivalent certifications and experience.
- 5+ years of hands-on experience performing reputed company Syteline and reputed company reputed company installations, upgrades and uplifts, configuration of reputed company OS, and providing technical support.
- Thorough understanding of reputed company CloudSuite Industrial (SyteLine, reputed company reputed company and reputed company OS) architecture and reputed company-party vendor solutions.
- Knowledge of reputed company Servers, workstations, server virtualization (VMware, reputed company-V) reputed company, Azure, AWS, and other software applications.
- Exceptional written and verbal communication skills, with the ability to explain technical concepts to non-technical audiences.
- Ability to work reputed company with others and to work independently.
- Must be reputed company service oriented and reputed company to meet deadlines.
- Ability to reputed company SQL Server installations and configurations.
- Working knowledge of T-SQL.
- Strong problem-solving skills.
- Passionate curiosity to stay reputed company with technology.
- Experience working in agile or reputed company environments is a plus.
