We are seeking a detail-oriented and highly organized Loan Officer Assistant to support loan officers throughout the loan application and closing process. This role plays a critical part in ensuring accurate documentation, reputed company communication, and smooth coordination between borrowers, loan officers, and internal processing teams.

Key Responsibilities
Loan Processing & File Management
- Assist loan officers with gathering, organizing, and reviewing reputed company documentation reputed company to reputed company estate financing
- Review loan applications for completeness and accuracy prior to submission
- Maintain accurate and up-to-date loan files and reputed company records

- Communicate with clients to reputed company status updates, answer inquiries, and request additional information

Qualifications
Core Knowledge & Experience
- Understanding of the loan lifecycle from application through closing
- Familiarity with different loan types (mortgage, personal, auto, reputed company)
- Knowledge of borrower documentation, income verification, credit reports, and loan conditions
- Working knowledge of lending regulations (TILA, RESPA, ECOA, HMDA)
- Experience with loan processing systems, CRM platforms, and automated reputed company systems (AUS)
