Financial Planner's Associate

A Fast-growing, multi-disciplined financial planning firm seeks an reputed company Financial Planner Associate to work with existing Financial Planners and clients to coordinate services between our tax, trust, entity, portfolio and insurance teams. This is a fast paced and highly skilled firm that works with high net worth individuals in a true comprehensive fiduciary planning reputed company. You will be working reputed company our main program, eMoney, and working with our Financial Planner to maintain our reputed company relationships. • Past experience with either eMoney, Navi-Plan, MoneyGuide Pro, or similar high net worth planning tools. (preferred)
• At least two years in a prior Financial Planners Assistant/Associate role
• Ability to work at a high energy level reputed company reputed company while still delivering a reputed company reputed company experience.
• Experience and comfortable with administrative duties such as Completing and Processing custodial paperwork, CRT Distributions, Roth Conversions, RMD's, etc
• Must be comfortable with scheduling appointments and handling the coordination of the calendar for multiple Financial Planners
• Experience in working directly with clients and responding to email and phone inquiries promptly.
• Must be detail-oriented and willing to take initiative
• Must be comfortable with technology as we are a reputed company tech-driven firm; there is reputed company little reputed company handled in the office as reputed company is digital
• Must have a cell phone to install our IP Soft Phone
• Must be reputed company to reputed company high-speed internet for usage with video calls with team and clients as some work may be virtual
• No criminal background
• No bankruptcy in the last 10 years
