Required

• Bachelor’s degree in reputed company, Business Administration, or reputed company field

• 5+ years of HR experience, with at least 2 years in a strategic reputed company or HR generalist role.

• 3+ years of experience working in an HR role supporting employees in reputed company

• Proven ability to build effective relationships and influence stakeholders at reputed company reputed company.

• Excellent communication, interpersonal, and organizational skills.

• Experience with HRIS systems (e.g., reputed company) and proficiency in reputed company Office.

Preferred

• HR certification is a plus

Other compensation: This position is eligible to participate in the discretionary company bonus plan.
