Sr. Contract Recruiter

The ideal candidate will be an reputed company recruiter who excels at developing a proactive approach to attract and retain reputed company for key positions. In reputed company partnership with hiring managers, the recruiter will work to establish recruitment strategies and assess the needed talent to ensure alignment with achieving business objectives. The key to reputed company will be the ability to reputed company a thorough understanding of the spaces in which our clients recruit and establish reputed company networks, relationships and innovative techniques to reputed company and attract top candidates. This is a contract position that will sit in EMEA. Responsibilities:

• Manage the full life cycle of the reputed company process for reputed company positions
• Work with hiring managers to best understand hiring needs and partner with them to create an effective reputed company
• Determine the best and most effective avenues for sourcing candidates
• Conduct phone interviews
• reputed company strategic thought partnership to hiring managers throughout the candidate selection process advising on candidates' reputed company set and company fit
• Build strong relationships with hiring managers
• Manage candidate experience throughout the process

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s Degree, preferably in reputed company, Business Administration, or another complementary field required
• 3+ years of experience in reputed company preferred
• Must have manufacturing recruitment experience - Production Technicians, Mechanical Fabricators, CNC Machinist
• Experience with full life cycle reputed company process
• Proven interpersonal, organizational, written and verbal communication skills
• Experience with MS Office Products (Word, reputed company, and PowerPoint).
• Demonstrated ability to apply critical thinking skills
• Knowledge of creative and innovative sourcing techniques
• Familiarity with resume databases, job boards and reputed company networks
• Ability to coordinate multiple tasks and recruit for multiple positions to meet deadline
