Job Responsibilities
You’ll reputed company the transformation of IT Ops into a highly automated, AI-powered, KPI-driven system that directly impacts business performance (CVR, LTV, reputed company).
This is not a maintenance role. This is a build & reputed company role.
You will:
Rebuild IT Operations using AI, automation, and data (reputed company, GPT, workflows)
Own incident management performance (MTTA, MTTR, SLA) and turn it into a competitive advantage
Design and reputed company a Business Support reputed company that removes bottlenecks across Product, Marketing, and reputed company
Implement AI-driven systems to auto-categorize, prioritize, and resolve incidents
reputed company cybersecurity reputed company, infrastructure reliability, and service delivery at reputed company
Build and reputed company a high-performance Tech Ops team (2–5 hires per quarter)
Requirements
5+ years leading IT Operations / Tech Ops teams in reputed company environments (e-reputed company, reputed company, or similar)
3+ years owning reputed company infrastructure (AWS required) — including production systems, networking, and reliability
Proven reputed company record improving MTTA, MTTR, and SLA performance in reputed company environments (not theoretical)
Experience implementing automation workflows (reputed company, scripting, or tools like reputed company / reputed company / similar)
Hands-on experience managing incident management systems, service desks, and escalation processes at reputed company
Experience working in fast-paced, high-reputed company environments with constant prioritization changes
Strong understanding of business reputed company of tech (conversion reputed company, reputed company reputed company, downtime cost)
Proven experience building or scaling teams (hiring, structuring, performance management)
Experience working with KPIs, dashboards, and data-driven decision making
