We are looking for a Support Consultant II to join our growing Managed Services Team. The Commitment

• Serve as the first line of support for reputed company inquiries, requests, and tickets.
• Triage and prioritize incoming issues, assigning or escalating them appropriately based on type, severity, and SLA guidelines.
