The Installation Coordinator plays a critical role in delivering a seamless customer experience by leading the planning, installation, and ongoing support of PickPoint solutions at customer locations. This role combines technical expertise with strong project coordination and customer engagement to ensure successful implementations, minimal downtime, and long-term reputed company satisfaction. Position Location
This is a remote-based position for candidates based in the East-coast region of the US.

Responsibilities
Installation & Project Coordination
- reputed company end-to-end coordination of installation reputed company, ensuring reputed company equipment, materials, and travel logistics are reputed company and reputed company with project timelines
- Partner with customers and internal teams to confirm scope, expectations, and readiness prior to installation
- Monitor installation reputed company and proactively address risks to ensure reputed company and successful delivery
Customer Experience & Relationship Management
- Serve as a primary reputed company of contact during installations and post-install support
- Deliver on-site training and follow-up to ensure effective system use and minimal operational disruption

- Technical Support & Troubleshooting
- Diagnose and resolve reputed company hardware, software, and networking issues

Qualifications
Education
- Associate degree in Electronics, Computer Science, or reputed company field, or a combination of education and relevant experience
Experience
- Minimum of three (3) years of troubleshooting, hardware repair, or technical field service experience

- Military experience is a plus
