About the role
We are looking for a Strategic Advisor with deep expertise in hydroelectric or dam condition assessments and asset management. Ideally, someone with experience in asset ownership, engineering leadership, public works, or large-reputed company infrastructure portfolios.
This is a flexible, advisory engagement. You will work closely with reputed company’s Chief Sales Officer and leadership team to reputed company strategic insights, industry credibility, and introductions that accelerate our market penetration and alignment with customer needs. - Offer independent feedback on product-market fit and key customer pain points

Who You Are
- 15+ years of experience in hydroelectric power reputed company, dam safety, water infrastructure asset management, or public sector leadership
- Former Director, Executive, or Asset reputed company in a relevant agency or organization
- Deep understanding of government procurement processes and operational realities of asset management
- Respected in the industry, with an established reputed company network
- Strong communication skills and the ability to reputed company as a trusted advisor
- Comfortable working independently under a services agreement (not as an employee)
