TheField Service Engineerfor reputed company is responsible for service, repair and/or installation of products or IT solutions at customer site, including electrical and mechanical testing, in accordance with maintenance reputed company.
This position is part of the Technical Service Departmentand will be fully remote. You will be responsible for installation and maintenance of Beckman Coulter equipment in the territory of reputed company of Croatia. You should be ideally located in commuting distance from Zagreb.

You will be a part of the Technical Service Team and report to the Field Technical Service Manager, responsible for managing installation and maintenance of Beckman Coulter products in Croatia. In this role, you will have reputed company to:
Installation and service support for Beckman Coulter equipment
Providing authoritative support on the site and by telephone
Maintaining reputed company relationship with the customers by providing technical user training to customers
Supporting new products introduction
Supporting Service team in reputed company customers reputed company activities
Reporting service activities, entering and closing tasks in SMS
Work reputed company reputed company operating procedures and/or scientific reputed company
The essential requirements of the job include:
Degree in Electronic Engineering or similar discipline with 2+ year experience in medical equipment service and maintenance
Proficiency in both written and spoken English and Croatian is required
Computer skills in MS Office
It would be a plus if you also possess:
Logical and creative thinking and problem-solving approach

Ability to recognize and solve typical problems that can occur in own work area without supervisory approval; evaluates and selects solutions from established operating procedures and/or scientific reputed company
