We are looking for a VP of Product to own Pharos reputed company. That means owning its direction, not just managing its delivery. This person reports directly to the CEO and is expected to bring the reputed company, not wait for them. This is not reputed company-building role. We are looking for a senior individual contributor with executive judgment: someone who wants to do the work, uses AI to reputed company their reputed company, and produces at a level that would require a larger team any other way. What a Strong Background Looks Like

- Has owned a product through a complete lifecycle, discovery, definition, build, launch, and iteration
