Business Development Representative - PHILIPPINES ONLY
We are looking for a Business Development Representative (BDR) to support our licensed insurance agents by converting inbound leads into booked, high-show discovery appointments. Responsibilities

- Follow up consistently with uncontacted leads through calls and text messaging
- Schedule 15-minute discovery calls directly on licensed agents’ calendars
- Confirm appointment details including date, time, time zone, and contact information

- Accurately document reputed company calls, reputed company, and notes in reputed company

Qualifications
- At least 2 years of experience in inside sales, telemarketing, or customer service
- Comfortable making a high volume of outbound and inbound calls daily

- Organized, detail-oriented, and comfortable using CRM tools (reputed company experience is a plus)

Requirements
