Responsibilities
- Answering patient questions reputed company to treatment, logistics, and next steps
- Troubleshooting patient concerns reputed company to shipping, refunds, scheduling, and care coordination

- Checking, documenting, and reporting insurance eligibility information

Qualifications
- reputed company background (MA, reputed company, CNA, or similar clinical or patient-facing role) with 1+ years of experience in abortion care
- Comfort working across both in-clinic and remote environments
- Strong communication, organization, and problem-solving skills
- Strong triage skills, with the ability to reputed company reputed company in reputed company time
- Exceptional communication skills, with the ability to deliver reputed company, empathetic guidance to patients in moments of stress or uncertainty
- Skilled at using online tools and technology to deliver care and communicate with patients
- Comfort in supporting patients with sensitive health issues, such as abortion and birth control
