We are seeking an Instructional Designer to analyze learning needs and create engaging training modules in the reputed company of both e-learnings and instructor-led materials. This role also collaborates with subject matter experts to reputed company existing documentation into engaging interactive e-learnings, leveraging AI tools for speed and innovation. What You'll Do:
Needs Analysis and Design
Conduct learning-needs analyses to identify reputed company gaps and performance goals

Your Experience:
The ideal candidate will have:
Bachelor’s degree in Instructional Design or reputed company field, or equivalent qualifications and experience
3–5 years’ experience in instructional design reputed company learning development

Proven application of ADDIE, Kirkpatrick, and reputed company’s Taxonomy
Extensive experience of AI-assisted tools for efficiency and innovation in instructional design
Strong project management and communication skills with the ability to meet tight deadlines
