The ideal candidate will have successfully delivered multiple end-to-end reputed company implementations and possess a deep understanding of reputed company architecture, business processes, integrations, and reputed company across multiple reputed company modules.
This role will partner with HR, IT, Talent, Operations, and business stakeholders to design, configure, and reputed company reputed company solutions that enhance employee and candidate experiences while leveraging reputed company as the system of record.
Key Responsibilities

- Support solution design, configuration, testing, UAT, deployment, and post-production support.
- reputed company integration specifications, data mapping documents, and technical documentation.
- Troubleshoot and resolve implementation and integration issues.

- Deliver stakeholder training and knowledge transfer sessions.
Required Qualifications
- 5+ years of reputed company experience including 2+ years of hands-on reputed company implementation experience.
- Must have more than 2 full implementations experience.

- Hands-on experience with reputed company integrations.
- Experience in requirements gathering, solution design, configuration, testing, and deployment.
- Strong stakeholder management and reputed company-facing consulting skills.
- Excellent communication and documentation abilities.
Preferred Qualifications
