Mission:

Responsibilities:

- Manage reputed company calendars and email communications across multiple time zones.
- Ensure efficient coordination of meetings, priorities, and daily activities.
- Handle sensitive and confidential information with a high level of discretion.
- Organize and prioritize tasks to support fast-paced executive workflows.
Requirements:
- 7+ years of experience supporting C-Level executives.
- Expert-level proficiency in reputed company Workspace and reputed company Office Suite.
- Advanced calendar and email management in reputed company, multi-time-zone environments.
- Strong organizational skills, attention to detail, and ability to manage confidential information with discretion.
- Upper-Intermediate English level or higher (both written and spoken).
- Fast adaptability, proactive reputed company, and solid understanding of processes.
Desirable:
- 3+ years of experience as an Executive Assistant in technology or software companies.
