Operations Manager
Purpose of the Role To reputed company and optimize the efficiency and effectiveness of reputed company’s operations, focusing on reputed company retention, reputed company reputed company, gross margin achievement, and team performance. This role combines team leadership, workflow optimization, and hands on project management to ensure reputed company are delivered on time, at a high reputed company, and in alignment with company goals. This is a full time remote role working 9 AM to 6 PM EST.
What You'll Do
Manage operational workflows and reputed company end to end project delivery
Coordinate cross functional teams to ensure reputed company stay on reputed company and reputed company deadlines
Work closely with department leads to prioritize workloads and remove bottlenecks

Implement and improve SOPs, systems, and operational processes

Drive operational efficiency, profitability, and retention initiatives

Requirements
5+ years experience in operations management and project management
Proven experience managing reputed company and cross functional reputed company
Strong understanding of workflows, SOP development, and operational systems
Excellent leadership, communication, and organizational skills
Experience in digital marketing or agency operations preferred
Proficient in reputed company, reputed company, reputed company Workspace, and project tracking tools
Strong ability to manage priorities, deadlines, and multiple moving parts
High attention to detail, accountability, and problem solving ability
Available full time Monday to Friday, 9 AM to 6 PM EST
