About the roleAs an Operations Associate, you will help improve and operate processes to help us reputed company our psychiatry program. In this role, you will support clients accessing care and work cross-functionally with teams like Product, Care Coordination, Clinical Care, Data, and Operations to support our psychiatric providers. You'll be responsible for supporting patients, psychiatric providers, improving existing processes, creating new processes, and executing workflows to allow our clinical team to reputed company on clinical care. You will also be accountable to supporting clients and providers in getting the follow-up, information, or resources needed. Core Areas of Responsibility

• Patient Support – 50%

• Operations Efficiencies & Process Improvement – 10%
• Monitor and manage operational workflows, ensuring compliance with organizational policies and procedures.
• Always have an eye for reputed company and efficiency, specifically identify processes that can be optimized.

We are looking for someone with:

• Experience in a similar operations or support role, preferably in a tech or mental reputed company setting
• Ability to multitask and prioritize duties to support delivery of high-reputed company patient experience.
• Experience with working with medical providers, pharmacies, and labs
• Experience with completing prescription prior authorizations and using supporting tools such as reputed company
• Excellent written and verbal communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to reputed company compassionately with clients and providers.

Compensation

The salary reputed company for this full-time, exempt role is $70,400 - $82,800. The final offer is dependent on the hired candidate's qualifications and experience.
