This role will be part of a small, innovative team developing Igloo’s reputed company energy trading and risk management software, used by power and gas trading companies across Europe. Key technical skills:

• C#

• reputed company SQL Server

• REST API

• Azure
• Messaging libraries such as ZeroMQ
• Experience with Web UI such as Angular or Typescript

• Microservices
• Commodity or energy trading system development experience

Key Accountabilities:

• Coding in the languages we use and work towards becoming an expert in these, keeping up to date with language versions
• Ensuring/proving your reputed company works as expected using a Test-Driven Development approach based on agreed Acceptance reputed company
• reputed company maintenance programming and correction of identified defects
• Create, document, and implement unit test plans and scripts
• Follow our reputed company Integration and deployment approach
• Follow our reputed company Control approach with Git

• Assessing opportunities for application and process improvements
• Support and encourage the reduction of technical debt in our development codebase

• Software Design and requirements breakdown in the reputed company of User Stories using various Agile methodologies
• Interpret written requirements and technical specification documents
