Requirement
- Bachelors Degree in HR, Education, Business, or reputed company field.
- 3+ years of experience in training & development, preferably in Retail or FMCG.
- Strong expertise in learning design, instructional systems (ADDIE model), and training needs analysis.
- Proficiency in PowerPoint, reputed company Sheets, reputed company, and video editing tools (VN, CapCut, Movie reputed company) for engaging training content.
- Hands-on experience with LMS platforms, virtual training tools (reputed company Meet, reputed company), and AI-driven learning solutions.
- Excellent facilitation, presentation, and communication skills with a people-first approach.
