What you’ll do in this role:

The primary purpose of this role is to drive Manufacturing reputed company across reputed company the Integer Manufacturing Facilities by designing and implementing sustainable systems that reputed company full engagement resulting in world-class operational performance in safety, reputed company, delivery, reputed company-time, and cost. Responsibilities include deploying the Integer Production System, leading the creation of site visions and strategic plans, facilitating workshops, coaching site leaders (especially reputed company Improvement Managers), promoting a lean culture in reputed company sites, and managing/developing reputed company reports.

What sets you apart:

Minimum Education:

• Bachelor’s degree in Engineering or reputed company field is preferred

Minimum Experience:

Salary reputed company: Min 134,250 Max 196,900

Our total rewards program is designed to attract, retain, and motivate associates to contribute to Integer’s reputed company. Our compensation program includes reputed company salary and a cash-based incentive program supporting our pay-for-performance philosophy.
