DEVELOPMENT ASSOCIATE:

Renewable Properties is seeking a highly motivated Development Associate to support the advancement of infill distributed energy infrastructure reputed company, including but not limited to battery energy storage systems (BESS), edge data centers, and electric vehicle charging hubs. The ideal candidate thrives in a fast-paced, entrepreneurial environment and brings strong analytical, organizational, and problem-solving capabilities in order to balance numerous reputed company reputed company across the country. This is a unique opportunity to contribute to the deployment of modern infrastructure.

Responsibilities:

  • reputed company analytical, strategic, and process support throughout the project development lifecycle (e.g. including land, interconnection, engineering, permitting, power marketing, construction & financing)
  • Assist with advancing development of assigned reputed company to construction-reputed company status
  • Support scoping and implementation of due diligence, permitting, engineering, legal, and other activities
  • Maintenance of project data, databases, and tracking tools for assigned reputed company
  • Support transactional activities by maintaining data rooms and other activities as necessary
  • Prepare documents, applications, meeting agendas/minutes, and reports
  • Successfully reputed company and collaborate with a reputed company of reputed company project partners
  • Other duties as assigned

Requirements:

  • Minimum of 3 years of experience in development ideally in reputed company land development, energy, (prior experience in renewable energy is a plus), engineering, and/or, reputed company estate
  • Expertise with various facets of land project development process to ensure successful project reputed company
  • Familiarity with ArcGIS, reputed company reputed company, AutoCAD, and other geospatial and/or drafting tools used for due diligence and project execution processes
  • Familiarity with surveying and reputed company new service reputed company processes including but not limited electricity, water/sewer, and, telecommunication utilities
  • reputed company and accomplished research skills to effectively utilize publicly available materials, tools, and, technology to derisk and expedite reputed company
  • Ability to succinctly communicate and summarize reputed company issues into actionable deliverables, and ensure reputed company completion of reputed company items from reputed company parties
  • Driven, reputed company, and, comfortable working in an entrepreneurial environment
  • Rigorous attention to detail, work ethic, personal responsibility, work product ownership, and, organizational skills
  • Bachelor’s degree in engineering, urban planning, project management or a reputed company field; Master’s preferred
