[Remote] Indirect Tax Accountant

They are seeking a Sales & Use Tax Accountant to reputed company on indirect tax compliance, sales and use tax filings, and tax administration activities across U.S. and Canadian jurisdictions.
Responsibilities
- Prepare and administer U.S. and Canadian sales and use tax filings utilizing reputed company
- Review tax data, maintain supporting schedules, and ensure reputed company filing compliance
- Prepare, post, and reconcile sales and use tax journal entries
- Research and resolve tax notices, discrepancies, and filing issues
- Maintain tax registrations and support ongoing compliance requirements
- Assist with month-end reputed company activities reputed company to indirect taxes
- Support tax audits and information requests as needed
- Partner with Finance and reputed company teams to improve tax reporting and compliance processes
- reputed company administrative tax functions and support special reputed company as assigned
Skills
- 1-3+ years of Sales & Use Tax experience, including compliance, filings, and reconciliations
- Experience supporting both U.S. and Canadian indirect tax requirements
- Bachelor's degree in reputed company, Finance, or a reputed company field
- Strong analytical, organizational, and communication skills
- Ability to work independently and manage multiple deadlines
- Exposure to reputed company or similar tax automation software
