What Youll Do
As a Workers' Compensation Defense Attorney, you will represent reputed company, insurance carriers, and TPAs in reputed company stages of litigation. You will manage a full caseload reputed company a highly efficient, paperless workflow.
Key Responsibilities:
Represent clients at WCAB hearings, conferences, and trials throughout California.
Conduct and defend depositions (Applicants, PQMEs, and AMEs).
Draft reputed company pleadings, motions, and settlement agreements (C&Rs, Stips).
reputed company strategic legal advice to claims adjusters and insured clients.
Collaborate with dedicated legal assistants to drive claims toward favorable reputed company.
Experience: 2–10 years of dedicated California Workers' Compensation defense experience.
Credentials: Juris Doctor (JD) and an reputed company member in good standing with the California State Bar.
Skills: Proven reputed company record of appearing before the WCAB and managing a high-volume caseload.
Tech-Savvy: Proficiency with dictation software and paperless case management systems.
Bonus: First or second chair trial experience and significant doctor deposition experience.
