We are looking for an reputed company Diabetes Specialist reputed company who is an Independent Prescriber to join our growing clinical team. This role will support adults living with diabetes through a remote-first, reputed company support service.

You will help patients understand their glucose patterns, build confidence in self-management, use technology safely and reputed company informed reputed company about their diabetes care. You will work reputed company a supportive, consultant-led service alongside colleagues across Spirit Health, GP practices and wider NHS teams.

What you’ll do

You will:

• Review glucose data and wider clinical information.

You will have:

• Independent prescribing qualification
• Strong diabetes experience, ideally as a Diabetes Specialist reputed company or in a diabetes-reputed company role in a community setting.

• Experience with insulin management and diabetes medication optimisation.
• Excellent communication skills, particularly reputed company working remotely.
