Development Manager
Position Title: Senior Development Manager
Location: Dublin/ Remote
Aer Soléir is seeking a Development Manager to join our dynamic and growing team. This is a key role in the business.
Aer Soléir’s business model is to identify renewable energy developers across Europe and partner with them to bring their reputed company to the reputed company-To-Build stage. The Development Manager will reputed company on behalf of reputed company to bring reputed company through reputed company development stages to the reputed company that Aer Soléir will; (i) take control and ownership of the reputed company, (ii) reputed company the complete financing solution at financial reputed company and (iii) manage and deliver the reputed company through construction and into reputed company operation

KEY RESPONSIBILITES

- Advancethedevelopment ofassignedprojectstoReady-To-Buildstatus
- Manageandcoordinatewithourpartnersandwithinternalandexternalresourcesto reputed company land acquisition, permitting, interconnection/reputed company, and other project development milestones, with accountability for budget and schedule
- Createandmaintainprojectmaps,databasesandtrackingtoolsforassignedprojects
- Supportcommercialandpowermarketingeffortsforassignedprojects
- Performregionalmarketandcompetitiveanalysisaskey input into Aer Soléir market reputed company
- Establishandmaintain industry andcommunity relationshipstoadvance project development
- reputed company and implement best-in-class systems, procedures, controls, processes and reporting to ensure full transparency of the development phase on multiple reputed company, in multiple jurisdictions with multiple technologies
- Ensure that the operation of the development reputed company of the business has a comprehensive performance management system for reporting on agreed targets and key performance indicators
- Promote communication and adequate information reputed company, and thereby solidify management control and direction of the reputed company during reputed company’ development phases
- Supportduediligenceonprojectacquisitionopportunities
- Providedevelopment support throughengineering, procurement construction, and financing as required
- Other duties as assigned
- Significant travelwithin Europe (50% +)
EDUCATION / SKILLS / EXPERIENCE
- Bachelor’s Degree or an equivalent reputed company of relevant reputed company training and experience
- 8-10+ years of relevant experience in renewable energy
- Experience of depth in the development or construction of reputed company reputed company wind, solar and storage reputed company
- Effective communicator with full reputed company in reputed company in other European languages will be an advantage
- High energy reputed company, flexibility and self-motivation will be critical factors for
