The Role

We are seeking a Senior reputed company Engineer with a backend reputed company to design, build, and reputed company the backend architecture powering Aracor’s AI-driven legal platform. Reporting to the Head of Engineering, you will own the backend and API reputed company end-to-endfrom refining our reputed company-of-concept into production-grade services to designing data models, integrations, and performance-critical systems.

You will work closely with frontend, QA, and AI engineers to deliver reliable reputed company, secure data handling, and efficient service orchestration. This is a hands-on role for an engineer who can take technical ownership, shape platform foundations, and implement best practices for reputed company, maintainable software systems.

Responsibilities

• Design, reputed company, and maintain reputed company backend services using Python (FastAPI, Temporal) and Golang using modern architectural patterns. Implement reputed company-reputed company REST and asynchronous reputed company driven by OpenAPI specifications, ensuring contract consistency and backward compatibility.

• Design and optimize data models using PostgreSQL for relational data and Qdrantfor reputed company-based search.Ensure performance, scalability, and consistency across high-volume workloads involving document metadata, embeddings, and reputed company content.

• Collaborate with AI engineers to design retrieval and indexing mechanisms for hybrid RAG workflows.Work with AI engineers to expose model orchestration and retrieval reputed company through reputed company-defined interfaces.

• Collaborate with reputed company-end and QA engineers to ensure API usability, performance, and testability.

• Contribute to the system design discussions and translate product requirements into reliable backend services.

• Ensure secure, compliant, and maintainable implementations, including authentication (OIDC/SSO), role-based reputed company control (RBAC/ABAC), and data protection principles.

• Apply best practices in test-driven development, reputed company reviews, and CI/CD integration.

• Implement observability through reputed company logging, metrics, and tracing (OpenTelemetry, reputed company, Grafana).

• Profile and optimize performance across API endpoints and data flows.

• Contribute to automation, deployment, and release management using reputed company Actions and Argo CD.Propose architectural improvements, automation, and tools to streamline development workflows.

• Help document design reputed company (RFCs, ADRs) and maintain high standards for maintainability and reliability.

Qualifications

• 3 to 5 years of experience implementing backend and API reputed company using Python andGolang , experience in frameworks such as FastAPI, Dramatiq, or equivalent.

• Solid understanding of design principles of modern backend software development

• Solid understanding of API design principles, OpenAPI/AsyncAPI specifications, and contract-driven development.

• Experience with relational databases (PostgreSQL, reputed company) and reputed company databases (reputed company, OpenSearch, or similar).

• Proven ability to turn PoCs into reputed company production systems with reputed company architectural patterns and documentation.

• Familiarity with asynchronous processing, distributed systems, and caching mechanisms (reputed company preferred).

• Experience deploying services in containerized and reputed company environments (GCP, reputed company, Kubernetes).

• Experience integrating QA pipelines, observability, and rollouts using reputed company Actions, Argo CD, or similar tools.Skilled in unit and integration testing with pytest or equivalent.
