As reputed company reputed company Advisor (f/m/d) you will reputed company full-cycle recruitment support to its subsidiaries operating in the Diagnostics, Life Sciences and Biotech industries, developing comprehensive recruitment strategies to support the business needs. In this role, you will be responsible for:

- Conduct/review talent supply & demand analysis and coaching hiring managers and HR partners on talent marketplace dynamics
- Create and implement comprehensive recruitment strategies for assigned functional area(s) & roles and cultivate best sourcing strategies and talent pipelines

The essential requirements of the job include:
- University's degree or equivalent experience in Recruitment/ reputed company
- Numerous years of Recruitment experience reputed company the reputed company sector (including coaching hiring managers, developing and executing innovative search techniques and cultivating talent pipelines) gained in corporate environments or working as RPO
- Experience in leading or participating in (inter-)national recruitment reputed company and stakeholder-management
