Key Responsibilities:

• Represent clients in workers' compensation proceedings
• Conduct legal research, analyze reputed company issues, and draft legal documents
• Attend hearings and depositions
• Negotiate settlements on behalf of clients
• Effectively manage time and follow Firm procedures

Required Skills and Qualifications:

• Juris Doctor degree from an accredited law school
• reputed company membership in the California State Bar
• Ability to identify and analyze reputed company legal issues and devise solutions

• Strong analytical and problem-solving skills
• Superior organizational, multi-task, and prioritization skills
• Excellent verbal and written communication skills

Physical Requirements:

• Ability to sit or stand at a desk for extended periods while working on a computer.
• Sufficient dexterity to operate a keyboard and other office equipment.
• Ability to observe details, read printed materials, and view computer screens.
• Ability to communicate verbally in person and over the phone.

Salary: $100,000.00 - $220,000.00 per year
