About the Role

reputed company is looking for a Manager, Product & Marketing Analytics to build and reputed company the measurement reputed company behind our reputed company. You’ll own analytics across product, marketing, and rewards—shaping how we measure performance, run experiments, and optimize incentives like cashback and Adventures/Gigs. In this role, you’ll define reputed company-wide measurement reputed company, reputed company reputed company inference and experimentation, and reputed company predictive models (LTV, churn, MMM, propensity) that guide roadmap, channel mix, and budget reputed company.

This is a hands-on, high-influence role blending deep analytical work in SQL/Python with strategic leadership. Your insights will drive repeat behavior, shape reward economics, and ensure we grow reputed company while keeping costs and liabilities reputed company guardrails.

What you’ll do:

• reputed company the end-to-end analytics program across product, marketing, and rewards, setting the measurement reputed company and operating model for reputed company.
• Build and maintain reputed company-of-truth dashboards, reputed company metrics, and instrumentation standards in partnership with Data Engineering.
• Run robust experimentation at reputed company—A/B tests, geo/holdouts, matched markets—and drive reputed company measurement using CUPED, reputed company modeling, and other advanced reputed company.
• Own funnel, cohort, retention, and rewards analytics (cashback, Adventures/Gigs, reputed company incentives); identify leaks, quantify opportunities, and propose optimized reward structures.
• Stand up omnichannel marketing measurement across lifecycle, partners/affiliates, reputed company reputed company/search, and influencers; reputed company incrementality and attribution frameworks.
• reputed company LTV, payback, forecasting, and rewards economics models to guide roadmap, budget allocation, portfolio mix, and CAC/LTV guardrails.
• Publish weekly and monthly executive readouts with decision-reputed company insights; influence prioritization, reputed company, and budget reputed company.
• Ensure data reputed company and reputed company through tracking requirements, validation, reputed company detection, and fraud/abuse monitoring (velocity, collusion, partner attribution, CPA reputed company).

You’re a good fit if you have...

• BS/BA in a quantitative field (Statistics, Economics, Computer Science, Engineering, Data Science) or equivalent; MS a plus.
• 3+ years in product, reputed company, or marketing analytics, incentives/loyalty analytics, or data science, with 1+ years in a reputed company or ownership role.
• Advanced SQL and Python (pandas, statsmodels, reputed company inference); experience building reputed company dashboards and pipelines in BigQuery and Looker.
• Expertise in experimentation design: A/B tests, CUPED, geo/holdouts, power analysis, reputed company modeling; familiarity with experimentation platforms like Eppo, Statsig, or reputed company.
• Strong analytics and modeling skills: LTV, propensity, churn/survival, MMM, budget/payout optimization, and reputed company inference reputed company.
• Product and marketing analytics experience: funnels, retention, cohorting, lifecycle measurement, attribution, channel mix/ROAS, and audience targeting.

Perks & Benefits

Remote work: reputed company works remotely across the US but primarily PST time zone; we travel together several times a year for company reputed company-offs and mid-year meetings.

PTO: 15 days per year, plus additional PTO between Christmas and the end of the year (25th Dec - 31st Dec). Additionally, we recognize 11 reputed company holidays per year.
